Why Brazil?
PROVEN RESERVES
- Top-three REE reserves (~21 Mt REO); 2024 mine output just 20 t
- Critical-minerals pedigree: ~92% of global niobium production1

UNIQUE GEOLOGY
- Ionic-clay production launched (Serra Verde, 2024); more projects advancing (Caldeira)2
- Low-carbon grid: ~88% renewable electricity in 20243

MINING FRIENDLY
- Predictable permitting: three-stage LP/LI/LO licensing; experienced agencies (ANM/IBAMA)4,5
- Royalty clarity: CFEM 2% for REEs, assessed on gross revenue6,7

Ionic REE Clay Mineralization
- Lower Geological Risk: Flat-lying, laterally continuous clay blankets vs. structurally controlled veins.
- Shallow “Accumulation Zone”: Short, low-cost, low-risk drill holes; rapid delineation.
- Simplified Flowsheet: Free digging with no crushing/milling; ion-exchange leach to desorb REE ions at near-ambient conditions.
OWNERSHIP: 100%
SIZE: 29,574 hectares
LOCATION: Minas Gerais Province, Brazil
Project Overview
Located within Minas Gerais, leading mining state which accounts for >30% of Brazil’s mineral output
- Year-round road access with excellent local infrastructure and supportive local communities
- Property encompasses 29,574 hectares of mineral concessions located within a prolific corridor of REE-rich alkaline rocks which is host to the Poços de Caldas Complex located 55km to the west and is currently being developed by Meteoric Resources, Enova Mining limited and Viridis Mining and Minerals
Geology
- Regional Setting: Situated within the Southern Brasília Orogen, a Neoproterozoic tectonic belt of folded basement rocks formed during the assembly of West Gondwana
- Host Rocks: Property underlain by the São Vicente and Pouso Alegre complexes — heavily folded gneisses and migmatites that serve as the primary host and source for REE enrichment
- Weathering Profile: Deep chemical weathering of crystalline basement has produced thick, laterally continuous saprolite horizons highly conducive to ionic adsorption clay mineralization
- District Context: Located 55 km east of the Poços de Caldas alkaline complex, within a prolific regional corridor of REE-bearing geological units sharing similar weathering and concentration characteristics
Exploration
- Phase 1 Auger Results: First 27 holes confirm ionic clay REE mineralization across the eastern grid, returning up to 6,431 ppm TREO over 1 metre and up to 42% magnet-critical rare earth oxides in best composite intervals
- Mineralized Footprint: Eastern grid defines an approximately 83-hectare zone (1,200 m × 1,100 m); nine holes stopped in elevated TREO, indicating mineralization open at depth
- Program Status: 721 of a budgeted 1,000 metres drilled; results reported here cover the first 354 metres (27 holes); assay results for the remaining 317 metres pending from the laboratory
- Next Steps: RC drilling to test depth continuity and a LiDAR survey to improve topographic correlation — designed to advance understanding of Turvolândia's full dimensions
